Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use fictioncontact.garden and the services offered through it by Fictioncontact Septic. If you use the website, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What This Service Is

Fictioncontact Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do no plumbing work of any kind. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get it in writing.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job. They are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach out about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@fictioncontact.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Fictioncontact Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Fictioncontact Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
